What We Offer
Rental Pricing
Hourly (Entire property, shelter included)…$150 per hour, 4 hour minimum
FITNESS SPECIAL!…$200 for 4 hours for any fitness instructors to use the property for workouts/workshops
Seven Folding 8ft Tables and Chairs for 50 people (linens not included)…$100
Fire Pit $30 per hour in operation (firewood provided)

What started as a garden to supply both Sassool restaurants with mint, has developed into outdoor event space that can be used to many different kinds of events. We are so excited to share our space with you!

FigMint Farms has so many different outdoor social areas, unlike other outdoor venues this close to home! From the renovated shelter, to the walkable pine forests, to the pond, the fire pit and mint garden... you will find the space you need for your occasion and natural beauty in every corner. Convenient to RTP and the Triangle, just past 540 on Hwy 64. Great for personal AND business events.
